- Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service before any legal work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payments made, minus any administrative or transaction fees.
- After Work Begins: If work on your case or legal matter has already begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on the amount of work completed and the resources allocated to your case. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.

In certain exceptional circumstances, such as if RTL Online is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or a force majeure event, we may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the situation. If you wish to change the scope or nature of the services after they have commenced, additional fees may apply. Please contact your RTL Online representative to discuss any changes and the associated costs.
